I rewired the power button to the the guitar controller's home button and mounted the headset jack in the start button. It is a Nintendo DS Lite with a Guitar Hero handgrip that I wired up to the pins for the detachable guitar neck. I just finished this one last night and my now 13 year old daughter loves it almost as much as the electric acoustic guitar I bought her for her birthday. I built one of these over a decade ago but my kids were too young to appreciate it.
